OsaroOsaro and Zerotwothree launch new website

The new website for Brighton based dance sensation 'OSARO' has gone live. The new site built in Joomla features a Wordpress blog, an online shop to buy & download tracks, a photo gallery, twitter & facebook feeds as well as a Soundcloud player.

Zerotwothree specialises in building dynamic interactive websites for small to medium companies, entrepreneurs, artists & bands using Joomla, the number 1 open source content management system. For Osaro a special configuration of Joomla was used. The core system manages a small number of pages that will only be updated quarterly and the social media feeds update as new messages are posted to Facebook and Twitter. Using this method the site is constantly updated throughout the day as new content is posted to social media accounts.

The homepage features the three most recent news and event articles; a photo slider; most recent tweet, a Facebook stream with six users who liked the Facebook page; latest additions to the online shop; latest YouTube video; a newsletter signup form and linked social media icons. There are additional Twitter, Facebook, Soundcloud and News feeds throughout the site which update as those accounts are updated.

Osaro is a vocalist/songwriter who has performed internationally at great club nights such as LOVESTICK and SPEED QUEEN and graced the stages of the prestigious venues GATECRASHER and MINISTRY OF SOUND. His first music video "WE BE" was directed by EMMY award winner Huw Jenkins. The track "SHUT UP AND DANCE" was released in July 2010 to local acclaim and has been number 1 in the LATEST 7 music charts (Brighton/Hove) for over 12 weeks.

Osaro is launching his new single 'Loving you is everything', Friday 11th May 2012 at Pacha London, the night is set to be one of music, lights, fashion and serious clubbing.

Holistic therapy

holistic therapyHolistic therapy is simply using the combination of your inner and outer worlds to better understand yourself as a 'whole'. Your inner reality consists of your feelings and how you understand and come to terms with them; while your outer reality consists of how you you project these feelings and personal conclusions to the outside world and how it responds back.

Using various techniques, you can explore your feelings and personal conclusions much more deeply in order to improve on any weaknesses you might think you have and so become a more powerful and satisfied person -- to the point of surprising yourself. These psychological improvements and insights will have a positive and noticeable domino effect on how you mix with your outer world (which will improve equally).

All of this can be accomplished with the help of an open-minded professional rather than psychologists and pills. And even those without any urgent dilemmas are always seeking to improve on what they've achieved so far. Here are some popular and time-proven techniques we specialise in:

Confidential Counseling

All therapies include confidential counseling as a matter of course. As opposed to traditional stuff, by-the-hour, formal, text book driven procedure, we use much older and time-proven methods (which have been used for thousands of years & of which we have over 30 years experience). Our sessions are very informal, your input is welcome, our meeting place is casual and can be also chosen by you and we don't watch the clock so you have time to relax. Here are some of the techniques we use and can also teach you to use for your greater self empowerment.

The Stag Inn is a traditional yet modern family pub with not only a very warm and friendly atmosphere, but a giant beer garden with a covered and heated smoking area. Inside there are comfy tables, chairs and sofas to relax on.

In addition there is a stage for performances, karaoke and anything our customers can think of - with frequent live events along the way.

The food is not only prepared freshly in the homemade way, but has a lovely selection of vegetarian meals. Add to that the all day breakfast steaks and fresh hamburgers and the choice to have something not offered on the menu. The Sunday lunches are at a reasonable £5.50 with a choice of homemade Yorkshire puddings, four meats and very fresh seasonal vegetables.

All spirits are branded even though (with a mixer) they are only £3 before 7pm and £3.80 after!

Here's what our managing editor Masi Alessandro had to say about the Stag Inn:

"In a world of plentiful choice of bars and venues, we have to ask why we choose one over all the others... and the answer is the atmosphere created not just by the service and decor, but by the total combination of ingredients which make a pie or a dinner special.

With the Stag Inn they have the experienced Brighton finesse of its manager Simon. Have a look at the photos we took to see the rest...and finally treat yourself to a visit in which I warn you you will definitely stay longer than you thought you would!"

We should always be sharing reasons about why we live, what we want from life and what we want from others. I don't see why we should be polite all the time - I'd rather get to the point..and my point is to merge with someone through love and fun without condition - isn't love...

Self-Empowerment
Written by Masi Alessandro

Previously we spoke about a sprinkling of important issues, that are part of our natural self-examination. I touched lightly on many important questions we might ask ourselves during important times in our life. I purposely brought up many deep questions without delving deeper for two reasons.

Firstly to illustrate how easily we can confuse ourselves with too many considerations. Secondly because I'm not here to give you answers, but to help you find them for yourself and grow as an individual. ( By the way, the secret's out: the answers are only yours if you learned them on your own.)

We also spoke ( also topically ) about techniques of meditation.

Today we will combine the two lessons whose combined power will give us more personal power than ever before.

Is the Familiar Pub Becoming Unfamiliar?
Written by Masi Alessandro

Something is happening to the traditional British pub - it's fast becoming a thing of the past. When this generation raises their children and tells them fondly about the old days of the local family pub around which the neighbourhood grew and where their parents met, they'll probably have to show it them with photo instead of a visit. Say what you want about Britain, but one of the great traditions has always been the local pub.
